Is an account necessary to place an order?

No, you will only need to provide either an email address or phone number at checkout. However, we do recommend that you set up an account so you can add to your Wishlist, receive the latest updates on new arrivals, and keep up to date with the latest fashion trends. If you place an order under a guest account, tracking will be available however, this order will not appear if you decide to create an account thereafter.

What happens if I forgot my password: what should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the “Forgot your password?” Link on the bottom of our account sign-in page. After which you will simply need to provide your email to rest the account's password.

Can I join the Tydløs mailing list?

If you would like to stay connected with Tydløs, simply enter your email address into the subscribe to newsletter box at the bottom of our webpages. This will gain you access to the latest arrivals, trends, lifestyle and premium promotions. Signing up for an account with us will also gain you access to the exclusivity.

How do I make a purchase?

Placing an order can be done in 4 simple steps:

  1. Navigate between the various collections of designer brands to choose from through our drop-down menus.

  2. Once you have chosen your product simply choose your preferred size and colour and click ‘Add to cart’. After finishing adding your products to the cart proceed to checkout by clicking the ‘Checkout’ button in the cart.

  3. Create an account (unless you are an existing account holder) or choose to checkout as a guest.

  4. Finally, enter your payment details and delivery address, and you will be able to choose your method of payment and delivery. Once the purchase as been confirmed, you will receive confirmation emails and your package will be on its way. 

How do I find my size?

Every shoe will have its appropriate size chart from countries all around the world.

How do I change my order or cancel?
Once your order has been placed, you will be able to cancel and receive a full refund as long as the order has not been dispatched. Please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible to make changes or cancel the order. Find further information on our Returns & Refunds Policy page.

Which currencies can I purchase with?

The currency of payment will be determined depending on your destination of the shipment. If your currency is unavailable on our store, you will be charged in EUR with current exchange rates.

When is my card charged?

Once the payment is placed whether through debit, PayPal or credit card the payment will be immediately taken when the order has been completed.

Product availability & authenticity

Are you going to have my size again?

If your size is currently sold out, you can be notified by signing up to our newsletter. We inform all customers of restocks, and when products become available.

Are Tydløs items authentic?

Here at Tydløs, we guarantee that all of our luxury brands and products are authentic, with the majority coming in the original casing. Authenticity cards and serial numbers are often provided with the orders.

How will my order be packaged?

Once the purchase has been made your order will be packaged and wrapped ensuring it arrives to you in the highest quality. Often original branded casings will be included.

Shipping & Taxes

How much will I be charged for shipping?

If your order is above 50 EUR, and in Europe, you will be automatically accessing free shipping on all orders. Shipping costs for orders under 50 EUR or shipments not in Europe varies depending on size and location fees. Find out more by visiting our Shipment policy page.

When will I receive my item and how can I track delivery?

Once your order has been fulfilled, it will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Then deepening on your delivery method it will arrive between 2-7 business days.

Updates including an order confirmation, tracking numbers, and estimated delivery will all be provided. We ask you to raise any concerns with our support team if anything arises.

Will I need to pay taxes and duties?

As Tydløs deliveries to the majority of major destinations, all taxes and duties will be included in your final order. There will be no additional fees with delivery, however, if you are outside our delivery destinations fees may apply.

 

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included, within 13 days of delivery.

  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.

  • When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.

  • If an item has a Tydløs security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.

  • All of our watches have a 2 years guarantee. Watches and accessories must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your package and it has meat our returns and refunds policies, you will be refunded via your original payment method. Thereafter the funds usually appear in your bank within 10 business days, this depends on the processing speed of your payment providers. Find out more on our Returns & Refunds.
